Details Learning Retreat
In a dynamic world, active, continuous engagement with one's own learning processes, attitudes, and development is essential. The Learning Retreat creates the space to experiment, reflect, and explore new paths with other learners. Through creative workshops, interactive learning methods, and in-depth reflection, you will be strengthened and inspired to embrace your learning in life.
Our thesis: a consciously designed learning culture creates the conditions for learning to have an impact and for change to truly succeed.
3 days – From the ME to the WE of learning
How do I actually learn – and why exactly this way? What experiences, influences, resources, and conditions have influenced my learning so far? And how does this affect the attitude I adopt in my work environment – as an employee, teacher, vocational trainer, team leader, or coach?
During this three-day learning retreat, we will intensively and practically examine our own learning biographies and attitudes. We will analyze the learning culture in our respective fields and jointly develop ways to further develop it in a future-oriented manner. Through our own testing and experience, we will understand what intrinsic learning can and could feel like.
At the end of the retreat, you will develop a personal learning project or a concrete transformation impulse for your context.
The learning retreat is designed to be collaborative, innovative, practical, and experience-based. In addition to reflection, we also focus on shared experiences, development, experimentation, and sharing—all in the spirit of future-oriented education.
Day 1: Arrive & Discover – Open Perspectives
Day 1 is all about getting to know each other, thinking creatively and reflecting on your own learning culture.
Day 2: Deepen & Apply – Experience Development
Day 2 goes deeper: resilience, agility and personal development goals are the focus.
Day 3: Integrate & Take Along – Transfer & Shaping the Future
On the third day, we look ahead – with concrete transfer of the findings into future strategies for everyday life.
My personal learning biography: influencing factors, conditions for success and resources
Attitude in my context: How does my own learning influence my actions in my professional role and work context?
Learning culture in focus: Where do I currently stand – and what do I need for positive further development?
Future-oriented education:
Because:
The world is changing rapidly – technologically, ecologically, socially.
Knowledge becomes outdated more quickly, and skills such as the ability to learn, flexibility and willingness to innovate are more crucial than ever.
Resilience in dealing with uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity becomes a key factor.
Accordingly, we ask ourselves:
Which skills need to be developed individually and why?
How can learning be successful in the face of current challenges?
How can outdated attitudes be overcome and new learning paths explored?
A deeper understanding of your own learning
Concrete ideas, tools and solutions for your everyday professional life
Inspiration for creating future-oriented learning environments in your working world
Motivation to take the next step.
A network of committed people who deal with similar issues.
A certificate
