Learning Journeys:
our core product for learning culture development

This is a Learning Journey

The Learning Journey is a proven learning process format from Intrinsic: modular, structured, and customizable. It connects personal development goals and an organization's strategic challenges with a framework and context designed by us, consisting of a mindset, process design, and supporting tools. The goal of the Learning Journey is to initiate a vibrant, sustainable learning culture.

The ownership of the content remains with you: You know your topics, your people, your reality. What we bring is the context – a methodically, rhythmically, and socially well-thought-out framework in which learning succeeds. This means: cleverly designed workshop formats, peer learning logic, accompanying AI impulses, an iterative approach, a clear commitment to learning culture – and plenty of room for experience.

    Why Learning Journey

Learning is the raw material of the future. In our changing world, it's no longer just what we know that counts – but above all, how we learn. Those who want to learn need more than expertise: curiosity, reflection, collaboration, and a positive attitude. None of this happens by chance – but rather through effective projects in a culture that values conscious learning.

    Why Learning Culture Development

Imagine a company or school where people enjoy learning because they are allowed to participate, because their curiosity is piqued, because not only knowledge but also values and attitudes are imparted. Imagine that conscious learning is associated with meaning, joy, and relevance. That learning is a natural part of your everyday life.

    We bring the context

Context means: the learning process structure, the workshop designs and the competency framework.

    That means:

    • An inspiring framework and learning process

    • Focus on what is really needed right now

    • Learning spaces with psychological safety and collective intelligence

    • Peer-to-peer experiences that build trust and resonance

    • Development of learning skills

    • Relevant learning projects with practical relevance

    • Artificial intelligence as an optional tool that accompanies individual learning

The learning journey as a lever for developing a learning culture: A structured, open process that combines individual development with organizational learning. After an initial assessment, the starting point is defined, which competencies and topics should be primarily developed.

    What you bring: Content!

Content means topics, goals, and challenges. For example, developing strategies, mission statements, role models, specialist topics, future skills, or team development.

    During the learning journey:

    • Openness to new learning formats

    • Willingness to take personal responsibility

    Learning projects

In the tension between self (interest & competence), practice (everyday challenges), and strategy (organizational goal), participants identify a specific question and develop a concrete learning project from it. It should be relevant and effective and ideally implementable as a prototype.

Goal: Development of "future skills" such as self-efficacy, learning ability, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. ➜ Competency framework

    Learning Culture Development

The learning project serves as a vehicle for the overarching goal of developing a learning culture. A learning organization embeds learning in everyday life – through shared reflection, creative action, and the collaborative development of innovative solution strategies.

Thesis: Where a Learning Culture is consciously developed, learning can really have an impact.

Wherever employees and companies are, we start and continue.

Within a learning journey, learning projects are created that combine individual interests and skills, everyday challenges from practice and the organizational goals of a company or school.

Employees transfer insights from the learning journey to further projects and collaborations in their daily work. Constructive exchange becomes a driver for ideas and projects. Collaboration and synergy utilization become everyday practice.

Through this behavior and action, employees learn in interaction with the company’s learning culture.

A Learning Journey is suitable for:

    • Companies & Organizations: HR, L&D, Leadership, Innovation, Transformation, Culture Development

    • Schools & educational stakeholders: teachers, school management, teaching teams, school development

  • Challenge: Both companies and schools are not facing individual problems, but rather a complex, systemic change. While it's certainly necessary to implement tools or change structures, we consider the development of a culture of relationships, cooperation, and learning essential.

Lever for change: The learning journey as a lever for developing a learning culture: A structured, open process that combines individual development with organizational learning. After an assessment of the current situation, the starting point is defined, which competencies and topics should be primarily developed.
