Fourteen education managers at the University Hospital of Zurich are working together to refine their organization's education strategy and its desired learning culture. Team Intrinsic is supporting them in this process through six workshops.

The focus is on how individual and collective learning should be designed for a future-oriented educational strategy. Accordingly, we place great emphasis on employee empowerment so that those affected can become more active participants.
